Shipment Processing Time
The majority of standard orders are completed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. You can anticipate delivery in major cities within 5 to 7 working days.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 6 PM IST through Sunday, or on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will inform you via email or phone in such cases.

Shipping Charges
- All over Tamil Nadu: Free Delivery
- Other States: Postal/Courier charges applicable
- International Shipping: Not available at present
Shipping charges depend upon your parcel weight.
Order & Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Order & shipment confirmations, along with your Postal/Courier tracking number, will be sent to your registered mobile number. You will receive a shipment confirmation message with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs or taxes applied to your order are not the responsibility of BlessingKart. All tariffs, taxes, and other charges incurred during or after shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
BlessingKart is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund. Please inform us through phone or email with photo proof of the damaged product taken during unboxing after delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for return purposes.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If we cannot verify the address, we will contact you for clarification. If we are unable to update the address, your order will be canceled and refunded.
BlessingKart will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. However, the amount will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges, if any.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order but the courier has marked it as delivered, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and either replace or refund your order as soon as possible.
