1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The item received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is defective or unusable.
- The item is missing parts or accessories.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Holy Bibles
- Christian Books
- Song Books
- Personalized or Customized Products
- Prayer Scarves
- Digital Products or Downloads
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@blessingkart.com
- Mention your Order Number.
- Attach photographs showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5. Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund when:
- A defective product is received.
- A wrong product is delivered.
- The product arrives damaged.
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may request a return only if eligible under this policy.
7. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- If the wrong product or damaged product was sent, BlessingKart will bear the replacement shipping charges.
8. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Take photographs before opening.
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email the details to our support team.
