BlessingKart – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at www.blessingkart.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a maximum refund after deducting postal/courier charges. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Although we may not always be available for quick shipping, products that are not available for dispatch are typically not featured for sale on your website. Customers will be informed of such incidents by our website owner. The consumer might choose to wait or cancel the order after being informed.

Should you need to cancel, the following refund policies will be in effect:

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at blessingkartindia@gmail.com. After that, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to our address given on the website.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and after inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your return. Please allow us at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. We will notify you by email and phone message when your return has been processed.

The same account from which you made the payment will be credited with the refund amount. We won’t be able to credit or refund the money to another credit/debit card or bank account.

Your refund will be processed within the timeframes listed below. Please be aware that external organizations like banks, payment gateways, and couriers (in the case of checks) are responsible for delays.

• Debit/Credit cards, UPI Transfer, and Net Banking: Within 7 business days from the date the refund is initiated.
